These colorful pinwheels are the perfectly portable healthy snack for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The mini-tortillas are an easy, crowd-pleasing summer-friendly appetizer! You can add some meat, fruit, dip, whatever you like to make the roll-ups a personalized treat.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Serves: 15 roll-ups, 3 tortillas
What do you need?
– 3 x flatbread (e.g. wholegrain)
– 100 g cream cheese
– 1/2 red pepper
– nectarine or 1/3 mango
– 1/2 avocado
– fresh basil leaves
– small red onion
Wash and dry the fresh products and cut them into slices.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese onto each tortilla.
Top the torillas with vegetables following the rainbow order of colors.
Roll up the flatbread and cut them into 4-5 pieces.
